few day back this news come in news paper that pilot again on strike due which 32 flights were cancelled. But what about the passengers who have to travel in that flight they have to wait for long time. every body has different demand they always go for strike why due to them always we are sufferer and there was also big loss to company also what the agitating pilot want
1 payment of dues- three months of flying allowanca, which make  the bulk of a pilot's take home
2 restore the cut in flying allowances by 70 percent say pilots, 50 percent, contends Air India
